Welcome to the Costume section of Cosplayer's Paradise! Here are a few tips that will help with any cosplay costume would might want to make:

Plan Ahead!
- I know many people who cosplay, and they wait until the last moment to start a costume and it ends up looking really bad. My first cosplay could've when a lot smoother if I had planned out what I was going to do. Planning ahead can really make a costume better, make sure you have adequant time to make the costume the best you can.

SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!
- This is a MUST! You can't really do much of anything if you don't save something. I doesn't have to be much money, but it can built up pretty fast. This is an important thing to do if you're planning to get a costume comissioned, staying at a hotel, or to even have spending money.

Research
- You wouldn't think this would be a part of cosplay, but it is quite important to research your character. Cosplaying is not only about dressing up like your favorite character, you're expected to act like the character as well. So, in order'to have a successful cosplay, you must live, eat, breathe, sleep, sometimes talk, and act like that character. If you're in an acting class, it helps A LOT to get into character. But most of all, have fun with it too!
